We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services in the scenic Joshua Tree, California region. Key Responsibilities of FNP:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat acute/chronic illnesses, and manage ongoing care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Outpatient clinic setting in a supportive, team-based environment.
- Maintain detailed and timely electronic health record documentation.
Qualifications of FNP:
- Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
- National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- DEA registration (or eligibility).
- 1+ year of primary care experience preferred (new graduates considered).
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits for FNP:
- Salary: $160,000 – $200,000+ annually (commensurate with experience).
