Join a collaborative, physician-led oncology team in a well-supported outpatient clinic environment. This role offers work-life balance, mentorship, and the opportunity to build or grow an oncology skillset, oncology experience is welcome but not required.
Full-time providers work 4.5 clinic days per week with a mix of in-person and telemedicine visits. Part-time candidates with flexible availability are also encouraged to apply.
About the Position
Under physician supervision or collaboration, the Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive care to oncology patients across the continuum, including prevention, treatment support, symptom management, education, and survivorship care. Care is delivered primarily in the clinic, with some telemedicine.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Manage symptoms, prescribe therapies, and coordinate care
- Provide patient and family education
- Incorporate evidence-based practice into clinical care
- Complete documentation and charge capture in a timely manner
- Support clinical trials and palliative care services as appropriate
- Participate in occasional call coverage and hospital rounding, as needed
(Opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and leadership are available but not required.)
Qualifications
- MSN from an accredited program
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active RN and NP state licensure
- AOCNP preferred, not required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Schedule
- Full-time: 4.5 clinic days per week
- Part-time: flexible availability considered
- Combination of in-person and virtual visits
Compensation
$125,000–$150,000 annually (DOE)
