Your Role
MarottaMD is expanding our team of medical professionals. The ideal candidate has an aesthetic background with advanced injectable experience (2-year minimum), possesses strong interpersonal skills and shares our passion for delivering concierge level care to both surgical & aesthetic patients. This position is a good fit for a motivated self-starter who is a team player, personable & eager to grow with our practice.
Here You’ll Get To
- Conduct consultations and develop unique treatment plan for patients
- Provide full facial assessments and recommendations - Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products and cross promote med spa services
- Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of aesthetic treatments and services, upholding regulatory standards(e.g. Advanced Injectables, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Ultherapy, Microneedling, Radio Frequency, PRP & PRFM procedures, Exosome Procedures, Chemical Peels, etc.)
- Administer cosmetic laser therapies in a professional/clinical atmosphere
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all treatments, procedures and products at our practice and effectively educate patients about services offered
- Medically chart and complete clinical documentation of each patient interaction
- Communicate with the administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow and maintain patient safety
- Provide patients with concierge-level service
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to ensure proper medical documentation and compliance with AAAHC guidelines
- Participate in team meetings promotional events, and seminars
- Participate in Social Media and Marketing efforts
- Help with basic functions in the spa as equal to all team members
About You
- Has a valid PA, NP, or RN license.
- Has a passion for the industry and a love of working with people - strong customer service orientation
- Prior experience in Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, and/or Dermatology setting (a minimum of 2 years experience is required)
- Knowledgeable of various Med Spa services and skin care
- Experienced injector of Neurotoxins & Dermal Fillers and experienced with Allergan and Galderma products
- A self-starter and true team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Possesses a desire for continued education and stays current on product lines & services
- Computer skills – ability to learn medical software (EMR)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and is kind and empathetic
- Able to set and reach goals - a problem solver - driven

- Existing clientele is a plus
- Experience with various laser technologies & aesthetic services
- Experience with NexTech (EMR software)
- Availability to work some evenings and/or weekends

Our staff is very friendly & supportive and are extremely dedicated to providing our patients with the highest level of care. We are looking for the right fit in a candidate - skills and personality. Benefits available, salary hourly with rate depending on experience. This is a full-time position (40 hour/wk minimum). The practice is open Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm. Your hours will be set in advance but may be varied based on what is needed given the practice’s staffing needs (eg. You may cover early hours some days and late hours other days. It will be a set schedule and not varied week to week).
